Information is not Enough


The right information can transform your health, like a new dawn. 

Maybe conventional health wisdom isn't working for you. 

Maybe some of the expert advise we have been given is wrong. 

Being open to new information is the first step. It can change your life, big time. 

But information alone is not enough. Sometimes we already have enough information

To make long lasting positive change, the next step is to understand why you do what you do. To understand your habits and preferences. 

It also helps if you are kind to yourself in every way and do not beat yourself up when you eat clean Paleo for months only to find yourself at the bottom of a bag of cookies when your stress levels peak. 

It takes emotional and psychological work to transition to health, to care for yourself. Nobody else can do that for us.
