Smarter Science

If you are happy with the way you "look, feel and perform" (Robb Wolf), more power to you.

Are you surviving or thriving?

If your vegetarian, vegan or low fat diet is working great for you, then I am really happy for you.

We are not a "one size fits all species". What works for you may not work for me.What my body can tolerate, yours may not.

Do you have aches, pains, sleep issues, digestion issues that you have been told you have to live with?

Perhaps they are wrong, perhaps changing your diet could transform your health and your life.

I changed my mind about much of what I had been certain about and believed in about food and health.   Prior to questioning these "facts" I didn't think I was smart enough to understand "the science".  But if you can understand that correlation does not equal causation, you are good to go. You don't have to be a brainiac to get it.

Once you start to come to your own conclusions, trust what works for you. You are the expert on you. I suggest you follow a paleo or low carb program or real food program you like, carefully, exactly according to directions for 30 days, then tailor it to your needs.

What works for you?
